Intel-iMac mit Bildproblemen
Offenbar hat der 20"-Intel-iMac mit der 256MB VRAM Grafikkarte und einer bestimmten Betriebssystem-Version massive Bildprobleme: aus Apples Diskussionsforum und der Macuser-Community wird berichtet, daß der iMac mit zwei verschiedenen 10.4.4-Builds ausgeliefert wird: 8G1165 und 8G1171, wobei letzteres zu Darstellungsfehlern vor allem bei Front Row führt:
Videos eines amerikanischen und eines deutschen Käufers zeigen Geisterbilder und Bildflackern. Eine Neuinstallation des OS mit Build 8G1165 behebt den Fehler offenbar, ebenso verschwinden die Bildfehler, wenn ein zweiter Monitor angeschlossen wird.
