19:30 Uhr Guardian: die FIPP (International Federation of the Periodical Press) soll Apple im Auftrag deutscher Zeitungsverleger wegen »Zensur« in den BILD-Apps verklagen. Schon im Februar fürchtete Bild-Boss Kai Diekmann um die Pressefreiheit: »Heute sind es nackte Brüste, morgen womöglich redaktionelle Artikel.« Die FIPP prüft die Beschwerde.
12:10 Uhr Apple: die Apple-Aktie AAPL hat heute einen neuen Höchststand erreicht: bei Börsenschluß stand sie mit 219.09 Dollar auf einem neuen Allzeithoch. Im Laufe des Tages hatte AAPL schon über 220 Dollar erreicht. Apples Börsenwert beträgt damit schwindelerregende 198 Milliarden Dollar - Microsoft bringt 251 Milliarden Dollar auf die Waage.
6:30 Uhr Valve: der Spieleentwickler bestätigt Gerüchte, dass sowohl Valves Internet-Vertriebsplattform »Steam« als auch die 3D-Game Engine »Source« in Kürze auf dem Mac zur Verfügung stehen: entsprechend gibt es ab April die Half-Life-Serie und die Games Left 4 Dead 2, Team Fortress 2, Counter-Strike und Portal auch für Mac OS X.
